It has been a long time I HAVE NOT update my blog that I think since I was 14.
So actually this is not my first post.
Now,I am 18 and doing a part time job at Mcd,Bp.
What am I trying to story is I gain my weight. OMG ><
Here is the plans but I didnt really think it works well but let me just tell it
First,I want to sleep all the time after works at least 10 hrs, maybe?
The reasons is, when I stay awaken..I kept eating and that makes me more fat.
Although I know that too much sleep also can gain our weight but to me hmmmm it is okay jelah.
Secondly, when I had my break meal at mcd, I just want to order porridge instead of burgers. Cuz I think that burgers are more callories than porridge. Am I right?
Oh yeah,I should avoid drink iced milo too. I realised that after I drink the milo, I felt very full.
Hmm so far that is my mini plan for losing my weight. Hope it will work for me! And sorry if I do hmm grammar mistakes cuz u know..I still study on it. Bye! ❤
